Montazer al-Mansouri, an official with the Astan, said the program is in line with the institute’s efforts to identify and train talents in the fields of Quran memorization and recitation.
He said that in the first step, a delegation from the institute visited Iran, the website of the Astan reported.
According to al-Mansouri, during the trip, the delegation visited Quranic centers and institutes and met with a number of Iran’s Quranic figures.
It also visited holy sites in Iran, including the holy shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh (SA) in Qom.
While in Qom, the delegation met a number of Quran experts and memorizers like Master Mostafa Taei and Seyed Mehdi Hosseini, he went on to say.
